Our
Programs

Preservation of the Ancient Arts (PAA, Inc.) is dedicated to strengthening individuals and communities through programs that promote wellness, connection, and accessibility. Each of our programs is rooted in a shared mission and guided by three core pillars:

  • We Build Strong People — Mentally, physically, and emotionally, fostering confidence, discipline, and resilience.

  • We Create Community Where People Truly Belong — Providing environments where youth, adults, and seniors feel seen, valued, and connected.

  • We Make Life-Changing Support Accessible to Everyone — Removing stigma and barriers by creating a community of support and encouragement.

Martial Arts

Tiger on the Red

Tiger on the Red is dedicated to building discipline, confidence, and practical self-defense skills in both youth and adults. Through structured training and positive mentorship, students gain more than physical ability—they develop focus, respect, and resilience.

As a tuition-free martial arts school, Tiger on the Red provides accessible opportunities for growth within the community. Youth, beginning as young as age 3, learn body awareness, coordination, and the importance of listening and following directions in a supportive, engaging environment.

Old School Dance Hall

Old School Dance Hall is dedicated to promoting joy, movement, and emotional wellness through meaningful social connection. In a time when loneliness and disconnection are on the rise, PAA, Inc. creates welcoming environments where individuals feel seen, valued, and connected.

Through weekly live music, dancing, and shared interests, Old School Dance Hall brings people together—fostering laughter, friendship, and a sense of belonging that keeps guests returning week after week.

Peer Support Services

Peer Support meets people exactly where they are — and walks with them as they grow. It connects individuals with trained peer supporters who have lived similar experiences, offering understanding that feels real and relatable.

Peer Support isn’t clinical care — it’s connection. It offers a level of acceptance, validation, and encouragement that many people don’t find in traditional settings. By partnering with local health professionals and building community, Peer Support helps reduce stigma around mental health and substance use, while creating a safe space to heal and belong.

Everyone deserves support that feels human, hopeful, and empowering.
